We have since figured out something living out here away from the boarder. If you want something done right sometimes you just have to do it yourself. After giving the "Mexican" restaurants a few tries we finally threw on our own sombrero and roasted our own green chilies. So tonight is going to be green chili burro night. Kevin kept sticking his nose in the bags of warm chilies after we'd peeled them so I am guessing he can't wait. You guys living in AZ better be ready for when we come down in November because I have a feeling we're going to want to hit up all our favorite spots to get our fix. Oh yeah pardon my gringo if the title of this blog is grammatically incorrect. :) We don't have an ounce of Mexican blood running through us.
