The truck ran great:
We saw Elk, Antelope, Coyotes, 2 foxes, a badger, and a ton of rabbits. We took shots at elk every day that we hunted, but as Lindsay put it 'we should have spent less time scouting and more time at the shooting range'. We came home without an elk. But we had a really great time. In addition to shooting at elk and seeing all kinds of wildlife, we got rained on, saw a meteor shower, had three different groups of coyotes howling in the same little valley we were in while we were getting ready to leave for hunting on Saturday morning, and the list goes on. Good times.
Porter just loves life. Annie is crawling fast and will be walking soon. Here is a picture of the kids with Lindsay.
All is well for us. (-:
Talk to you soon.

Sounds like Lindsay got the best shot off with the comment about the scouting and the shooting range. :) I totally read about that meteor shower. I bet you boys had great seats. Mayley is too cute and yes, smart. We miss Porter and Annie's hair is looking poofier than ever and I love it. Thanks for the post.
It is sooo great to see the hunters and Lindsay and the kids! Mayley looks great on her first day of school! We miss you guys. Lots of love, Emily and Geoff
Yes, Lindsay did get off the best shot. I am still trying to recover. :-)
