Wow! What a great weekend!!! We went to Great Wolf Lodge
http://www.greatwolf.com/traverse/video-image and had the best time. Such a good time that I didn't take time to take pictures. This is the best I have. The first one is of the kids looking out a window at this gigantic indoor water park. (you can link to the website to see it) I don't think Thomas or I for that matter could have had any more fun. And Charlotte was amazing. She loves water and was perfectly happy the entire time. I'm talking like 5-7 hours or so of running around from hot tub, to lazy river tubes, to pools, to people watching, to watching Thomas and Dad go down the killer slides. She just took naps when she needed them right in our arms. It was the most snuggle time I've ever had between both kids because she was so calm. There was just so much going on.
At 8 pm there was a story time for all the kids.
The lodge was decorated fantastic that gave it a real cozy feel. It was 12 degrees outside that day. We came in through a nasty winter storm, (good thing we had our Jeep I was alot more comfortable driving in it) to get there. In the water park area they had tons of huge windows to look out. I couldn't believe we were just inside the windows in swim suits. Three of the tube slides actually went outside. You could feel it a little when you slid through but it wasn't bad.
The rooms were nice, the breakfast was yummy but the stay wasn't long enough. Next year who's coming up to visit and go with us??????
